Reece Whiffen and Jonathan Box, two of our dedicated accountants, have been promoted to Assistant Managers. Since joining us in 2017, Reece has been an integral part of our team. His progression from an ambitious newcomer to achieving his AAT qualification and now embarking on his ACCA studies, exemplifies a commitment to professional development that we deeply value at Nichols & Co.

Reece’s role within our firm has been pivotal. From ensuring client deadlines are meticulously met to providing invaluable support to our junior staff, his contributions have been manifold. Jonathan’s path at Nichols & Co began straight after leaving sixth form in 2017, showcasing his early determination to pursue a career in accounting. Completing his AAT studies and embarking on his ACCA qualification, Jon has grown immensely in his capabilities and understanding of our field. Working closely with our Tax and Accounts Managers, Jon has honed his skills in preparing company accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, alongside assisting clients with bookkeeping and payroll.

His expertise in company secretarial work and company formations has become invaluable to us. What sets Jon apart is his ability to empathise with our clients, understanding their needs from their perspective, which has been crucial in providing solutions and services that truly make a difference.
