Debbie has been part of the Nichols & Co team since 2004, continuously supporting the business in an administrative capacity. Debbie prides herself on being “the oil in the engine”, working hard behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly. She’s often the first person that new clients will speak to, so she thinks it’s important to make a great first impression and to represent the business in a positive way.
Over the years, Debbie has actively adapted the way she works to evolve with the advancements in technology, all whilst relying on her skills for organisation and problem solving.
Debbie is efficient in dealing with client queries and arranging the appropriate documentation for new and existing clients, as well as using software such as Xero and Iris to handle company invoices to manage client accounts. She pays close attention to detail and provides client service that is second to none.
